What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It


When visitors leave comments on our website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the gravatar service to see if you are using it. If you upload images and/or video to the website, you should avoid uploading with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

With your consent via our forms, we reserve the right to use any reviews including profile picture, first and last name and/or video testimonials for our website, promotional print materials, and/or our video channels.  Your information will never be given to third parties voluntarily or for compensation.


If you leave a comment on our website, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

By ordering from the mushroom health shop page, you consent to receive an email from MyMushroomHealth to review the products you’ve purchased.  There is no obligation, and you will be compensated with a savings coupon for your review. These coupons will be sent to you periodically as we prefer to reward our clients for their many referrals.


We take customer satisfaction very seriously. We strive to provide the best customer support to ensure you are happy with your selected products.  During the checkout process, you will be given the complete terms of your purchase.   Included in those terms is your understanding and acknowledgement related to the contents and ingredients of the products you have ordered.  Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and completely understand our refund policy.  We are committed to complete compliance with the US FDA regulations. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA, and we make no claims as to the benefits of any of our products.  This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.” We make no expressly “specific” claims as to the benefits each customer may experience. Each person’s dose and results will vary based on many factors including but not limited to the following: Gene’s, metabolism, ATP, P-450 system, height, weight, age, use of prescription medications, hydration, micro-nutrient deficiencies and contraindications.​  The FDA has not reviewed or approved our plant extract complexes to treat any health condition, but there are other FDA approved Medications made from the same oils, only with added chemicals so the Pharmaceutical company can patent their product. We don’t add anything chemical. Each person’s results will vary based on their body and many other factors. Consult your physician before starting on any plant-based supplements, and monitor your results daily. Stop taking “any” new supplement “immediately” if your body gives you any unwanted signals.  People’s biochemistry affects the way it works therefore, you are able to do your own independent research and draw your own conclusions and opinions as to any health benefits that these products might provide for you. Refunds or replacement shipments will be made under the following circumstances:


All of our products are carefully inspected before leaving our store. Please check your shipment carefully upon receipt to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. The outer carton/envelope of the shipment will always receive some amount of wear and tear, but there are situations where the damage is severe enough to cause damage to the contents of the box and or envelope, such that the product has become unusable. In these cases, please call or email us within 24 hours of receipt of your damaged “unopened” product plus all detailed information including photographs (if possible) which can prove that the product was damaged during shipping. Upon review of all provided information we may provide a replacement shipment. Any replacements due to shipping damage will be processed within 5 business days from the time of notification to our office.  

All items ship from our Phoenix location so the heat needs to be taken into account. We have indicated the items that may melt due to high temperatures on our WEBSITE so it is your responsibility to be aware of the heat before you order a product that may melt during delivery. We REMIND you of this on the website next to the product. If your product was damaged during shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment at time of receipt. We ship all packages via USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail and will email you the tracking number to the same email you used to create your order. You may TRACK your package from your Dashboard Page.  Please check your Dashboard before contacting the store.


All of our products are shipped using USPS 1st Class or USPS Priority Mail and we will always email you a Tracking # to the email on file. If the email you used during your purchase was input in error, you may not receive your tracking #. It is your responsibility to be sure you enter the correct email address and phone # so that we may contact you if needed. We are not responsible for late, lost or stolen items due to USPS mistakes.


Any quoted delivery times are estimates only and are stated in BUSINESS DAYS (which does not include weekends or holidays). Orders may take 1-2 business days to process before shipping due to product availability and size of order. We do not process or ship orders on holidays.


Refunds will only be issued for products that can fully demonstrate zero evidence of tampering with any of our security barriers. The product must be unused and still in its original packaging. We are very sorry but, if the items in question can’t meet these requirements unfortunately, it cannot be returned. Please email us immediately so we can provide you with the necessary instructions on how to return your merchandise to us. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If you are shipping back items over $75. in value we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. No restocking fees will be charged. If a refund is due, it will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date the product was received, and it will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Keep in mind once we process a REFUND, the funds may take up to 7 to 14 days to show in your account due to banks processing refunds. In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 7 days from the original order date.​


We’re so confident that you will love this product that we’ll refund your purchase, less shipping and handling costs if you are not completely satisfied. As stated on our home page the oils require CONSISTENT USE to be able to build up on the skin or inside the body. Because the extracts need time to build up in the system, the standard protocol MUST BE FOLLOWED and for internal consumption is 1/8 dropper am and pm for 3-5 days and then increase to ¼ dropper. After 3-5 more days, increase again to ½ dropper am and pm and continue to increase until the first bottle is gone, which should be 3-4 weeks. Upon using the second bottle, if you have not experienced any benefits from the second bottle using 1 full dropper am and pm for a period of 2 weeks, then return the unused portion to us with a copy of the purchase receipt(s) with the buy date showing, so that we can CONFIRM that you used the first entire bottle and not the entire second bottle. We will refund your entire purchase of both bottles’ less processing and shipping within 30 days. Allow 7-10 days for credits to show up on your credit card statement.


Any Package that is lost or stolen from the mail is not our responsibility. We process your order will pack and then drop off at the Phoenix Postal processing center with a verified label. Once logged into their system, it is the USPS responsibility to mail the product. If your package is late or doesn’t arrive you must file a complaint with your local post office. Packages are taking longer
than usual due to COVID-19.


You may cancel an order at any time without penalty until the product is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for following the procedures related to Returning Unused, Sealed Products. Any Refunds due will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of the return of product to our store location, and it will be made to the same payment method used for the original order.
